In order to enhance the cohesion of the team and strengthen the communication and exchange among team members, the headquarters and branches of Ducheng Industry carried out the outdoor group building activities in 2021.

Work together to forge ahead. The construction site of Ducheng Headquarters is the third famous ancient road after the "Silk Road" and the "Tea Horse Ancient Road" - Huihang Ancient Road. Here we begin a journey to feel the power of walking.

Maybe it was to welcome Du Cheng's team. It was originally rainy. When we arrived at the hiking entrance, the weather gradually turned sunny, and the sun shone brightly on the mountain forest. The sound of footsteps accompanied by sweat and laughter, hand in hand, support each other and walk through the narrow roads. There was no one left behind in the 20 km journey, and the unforgettable hiking trip was finally completed after 6 hours. Du Chengren, just like Hu Xueyan in those days, has quietly accumulated strength and steadily moved forward in the industry step by step, and will surely walk out of that brilliant road of his own.

Shandong Branch chose Jiuxian Mountain, which is known as "as strange as Mount Huangshan, as beautiful as Mount Tai, and as dangerous as Mount Hua". They walked with firm steps and struggled to climb, just as they had been pioneering in Shandong in the past two years and had won many wonderful achievements. The will and unity are the cornerstone for the team to achieve good results. Shandong Branch has honed its will and united the team through the team building activity of climbing the peak bravely. It is believed that the business of Shandong Branch will rise to another level in the future and will never end.

Jiangsu Branch selected Yancheng Lake and Nanshan Bamboo Sea. "Wise people love mountains and benevolent people love water". Nanshan Bamboo Sea is full of the poetic charm of green mountains and green waters. Climbing the Nanshan Mountain and watching the Bamboo Sea are both dynamic and static. Looking at the bamboo sea moving with the wind, I can think of Zheng Xie's "sticking to the green mountains and never letting go, standing in the broken rock, still firm after thousands of blows, and letting the wind blow from east to west, north to south". A team of Jiangsu Branch with firm will and excellent technical ability will make unremitting efforts in the future business development and climb to the top again!

The construction site of Fujian Branch is Yongtai Yunding, which is known as the "Southern Tianshan Mountain". The clouds can be picked from the mountains above 1000 meters above sea level and the mountain meadows stretching over 10000 mu. The partners of Fujian Branch organized a new expansion activity. During the interaction, the new team members successfully "broke the ice". I believe that they will work together in the future to overcome the difficulties and see the sun through the clouds.

Shaanxi Branch has selected the West Mountain Huashan, the "most dangerous place in the world", for group construction. "The mountain is solid and infinite, so it is a mountain". Such a precipitous Huashan Mountain has already been stepped on. Any difficulties and obstacles in the future will only be the "ingredients" for success. As the "bridgehead" for Ducheng Industry to develop the northwest market, Shaanxi Branch is determined to become a new growth engine of Ducheng Industry and lay a foundation for Ducheng Industry to fully blossom in the northwest plate.

Du Chenggong's group building activities in 2021 have ended, but Du Chenggong's ideal of serving the country through industry has just begun.
